Colossal Carbon warrants its products against manufacturing defects in materials and workmanship for one year from the original purchase date. This warranty applies only to the original purchaser and requires proof of purchase.

If a product is confirmed to have a manufacturing defect during the warranty period, Colossal Carbon may, at its discretion, repair or replace the affected product or component.

This warranty does not cover:

● Normal wear and tear

● Wear, fading, discoloration, peeling, or pilling of leather, Alcantara, suede, stitching, or other upholstery materials

● Scratches, chips, dents, or other cosmetic damage occurring after delivery

● Damage caused by improper installation, overtightening, stripped threads, incorrect wiring, or removal

● Damage caused by accidents, misuse, neglect, abuse, improper storage, extreme conditions, or unsuitable cleaning products

● Products that have been altered, repaired, refinished, or modified by another party

● Labor, installation, removal, vehicle damage, loss of use, or other incidental expenses

To submit a claim, contact Colossal Carbon with your order number, a description of the issue, and clear photographs or videos. We may require the product to be returned for inspection before approving a repair or replacement.

Customers are responsible for return shipping unless Colossal Carbon confirms that the product has a covered manufacturing defect. This warranty does not replace or extend the warranty of any original vehicle component.
