RETURN, REFUND, AND CANCELLATION POLICY

Please review this policy before ordering. Because many Colossal Carbon products are customized or manufactured specifically for a customer’s vehicle, custom and made-to-order products have different return and cancellation rules than in-stock products.

Custom and Made-to-Order Products

Custom, personalized, special-order, and made-to-order products may be canceled within 24 hours after the order is placed only if production has not started.
Once materials have been ordered or allocated, customization details have been confirmed, or production has started, the order becomes final sale, noncancelable, and nonrefundable.

Custom and made-to-order products include, but are not limited to:
• Custom steering wheels


• Products manufactured with customer-selected materials, colors, stitching, finishes, shapes, logos, or other options


• Products manufactured or sourced specifically for a customer’s vehicle


• Personalized products


• Special-order carbon-fiber parts

Changes in personal circumstances, selling or trading the vehicle, buyer’s remorse, misunderstanding the disclosed production timeframe, or needing the product by a particular date do not qualify for cancellation or refund after production begins.
Vehicle and Customization Information
Customers are responsible for providing accurate vehicle year, make, model, trim, factory options, photographs, and customization selections.
If additional information or photographs are requested, production may be paused until they are received. Colossal Carbon is not responsible for delays caused by missing, inaccurate, or incomplete customer information.
A product manufactured according to the information and options submitted by the customer is not considered defective merely because the customer selected the wrong vehicle information, material, color, finish, stitching, shape, or other option.
Manufacturing Errors and Defects
If Colossal Carbon sends an incorrect product or a product arrives with a verified manufacturing defect, contact us at colossalcarbon@gmail.com within seven days of delivery.
Include:
• Your name and order number
• A description of the issue
• Clear photographs and, when appropriate, video of the product, packaging, shipping label, and claimed defect
Do not install, modify, paint, drill, wrap, repair, or discard the product or packaging before receiving instructions from Colossal Carbon.
After reviewing the claim, Colossal Carbon may provide repair, rebuilding, replacement, exchange, store credit, or refund, as appropriate. A refund is not automatically required when the issue can reasonably be corrected through repair or replacement, except where required by applicable law.
In-Stock, Noncustom Products
Eligible in-stock, noncustom products may be returned within 30 days after delivery.
To qualify, the product must be:
• Unused and uninstalled
• In its original condition
• Free from damage, wear, modification, paint, drilling, adhesive, or installation marks
• Returned with all original components, accessories, protective materials, and packaging
• Accompanied by the order number or other valid proof of purchase
Approved nondefective returns are subject to a 15% restocking fee.
Original shipping charges are nonrefundable. The customer is responsible for return-shipping costs for buyer’s-remorse returns, incorrect customer selections, or products no longer wanted.
Colossal Carbon will cover reasonable return-shipping costs when we verify that the wrong product was sent or that the product arrived with a covered manufacturing defect.
Nonreturnable Products
The following products are not eligible for a standard return:
• Custom, personalized, special-order, or made-to-order products after production begins
• Products that have been installed, test-fitted, modified, painted, drilled, wrapped, repaired, damaged, or used
• Products missing original components or packaging
• Clearance, final-sale, display, scratch-and-dent, or “as-is” merchandise
• Gift cards
• Products damaged because of improper installation, misuse, an accident, improper storage, neglect, or exposure to inappropriate chemicals or conditions
Sale merchandise is returnable only when the product page does not identify it as final sale, clearance, display, scratch-and-dent, or “as-is,” and when it otherwise meets every requirement for an eligible in-stock return.
Installation and Labor Costs
Professional installation is recommended.
Installation charges, removal costs, diagnostic expenses, vehicle downtime, towing, rental vehicles, storage charges, loss of use, and other third-party costs are not refundable or reimbursable.
Return Authorization
Email colossalcarbon@gmail.com before returning any product. Include your name, order number, reason for the request, and supporting photographs when applicable.
Products returned without authorization may be refused.
If a return is approved, we will provide return instructions. Unless Colossal Carbon provides a prepaid label, customers should use a trackable and insured shipping service. Customers are responsible for safely packaging approved returns.
Refunds
After an approved return is received and inspected, we will notify you whether the refund has been approved.
Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method, less any disclosed restocking fee, nonrefundable shipping charges, or other authorized deductions. Please allow up to 10 business days after approval for Colossal Carbon to process the refund. A bank or payment provider may require additional time to post the funds.
Proof of Purchase
An order number, receipt, or another acceptable method of verifying the purchase is required for a return, exchange, or refund.

Consumer Rights
Nothing in this policy limits any nonwaivable rights or remedies available under applicable consumer-protection law.
